Has anyone on here ever had to deal with an evection from a slumlord? If you have please let me know how you got through it. My husband and my two small children an myself are facing eviction from a slumlord who isn't doing anything to keep the place up to par, we have a state worker who comes once a week who sees how thi place is, our concerns and how we've told her about how certain things aren't getting done when we tell him the problems that need to get fixed and that my husbands doing all the repairs just to keep our home safe and livable even though in our lease the landlord states that he is to take care of all maintenance when we tell him the stuff that needs to be fixed. If someone could help me, even if it's a small amount of advice will be greatly appreciated.
