Acne... help!

So in the past half year, my face has started breaking out heaps, and the acne won't go away and always comes back. Usually it's between my eyebrows, on my forehead and chin. I am using a good face wash and moisteriser that is oil free, and I don't wear lots of foundation. Is there any way I can get rid of this sooner? It makes me self concious at school because I can't wear makeup. Thanks so much, (I'm 14).
