Hips aching?

I am currently 9 days late, but with no positive test (last test 5 days ago). I have sore breasts, body aches and headaches, nausea, and a low grade fever. I'm trying not to get all worked up about it because those symptoms can mean any number of things. However, the oddest thing going on with my body right now is that my hips constantly have a dull ache. I've never felt this before. Anyone else experience it?
