Need advice on how todeal with HIS low sex drive???

I'm 41 and my SO is 46, we've been together almost a year. I have always had a very high sex drive, I would love to get some everyday! He, on the other hand, is perfectly fine with once a week. We only see each other on the weekends because of our busy work schedules. We'll have sex one night and the next night he's always really tired. He works a lot of hours at a hard labor job, I get that, but I'm afraid after I move in this summer it's only going to get worse. I've talked to him about it, he just says that he is always worn out from work! I would be fine with quickies here and there too. Frustrated! What are some ideas at coming to a medium???
