terrified due to lack of symptoms 😔

I'm 5 weeks today after 1st round of IVF. I had 4 blood tests and rates are doubling nicely each time. I had 1st ultrasound and doctor said all was good. However instead of being overcome with joy and excitement I'm insanely stressed and anxious because I just don't have any early pregnancy symptoms 🙁 no nausea and most importantly no sore breasts. This petrifies me because during my 1st (natural) pregnancy I had crazy sore breasts after only 4 weeks, tingling hot and painful. I couldn't wear a bra ! All of a sudden those symptoms vanished and my pregnancy had stopped and I miscarried 😢 So now I'm so scared this pregnancy is not going well... Maybe it's all the ivf treatment and progesterone I'm still taking ? Is it possible to not have symptoms but still have a healthy pregnancy ? 😣 thank you 💋
