if i get my boobs done , can i still breast feed??

so im thinking of getting them done next month buttt i haven't have kids yet and i want kids too but um im curious if i can still get pregnant and breast feed if i get them done??  i looked it up online and it doesn't really say the truth so im kinda scared 😳

yes my cousin got hers done and 4 years later had her baby and she said she breast fed. but i think it's better to get your boobs done after kids lol i want to do that

A friend of mine got hers done about 8 months before she fell pregnant, and she said she can still breastfeed, but it takes a little longer for milk to come in some days, though she now eats these biscuits called "boobie bikkies" and it helps bring her milk in faster :)
