pregnant on iud

So I had sex about 4 days ago and yesterday I had a small amount of light red blood when I wiped and in my panties . I have had the iud for around 7ish months . This morning I woke up feeling sick gassy and moody ... is it possible this was implantation bleeding and I'm pregnant ... I have the iud and don't normally have periods helpppp please
