Pregnant and just got a new job

I'm just over 14 weeks and not really showing, I just got a job after being unemployed for about a year. I'm a nanny for two girls who are in 3rd and 6th grade. It's 15 hours a week min and I get $165 a week and $15 extra for gas. My first day is today but I don't know if I should tell the mom now or wait till a few more months.

It's the best job I've had. What do you think I Should do?
