Positive?!

I took a test on Saturday 4/29 came back negative. Took one this am just because and got this! Don't want to get too excited but I see a faint line on the right.

Hubby and I have been ttc for over a year. Clomid 50 mg x 5 days in March. Progesterone level cd 23 5.4. Last AF start date april 4th. Clomid 100 mg x 5 days in April. Estrogen 237 cd 14 and progesterone 19.1 cd 23. Ultrasound 4/20 showed 23 mm follicle on right ovary.
