HELP! what can I do??

So I started the shot in mid march and the first month was awesome no period no cramping no mood swings and now..... it's terrible. Mood is terrible acne. And I'm basically bleeding. I have to wear a pad because I'm not bleeding enough to wear a tampon and not as light to wear a liner. I'm so frustrated and I just don't know what to do. I can't do it anymore. I have no clue what to do. I hate the shot I regret it so much. Any advice? 😔
