I've been struggling with my weight for about two years, baiscally since I moved on my own I found out today that I'm 221lbs, the heaviest I've EVER been. I've always had a weight issue because I was on Topamax when I was little for a short period of time. What do you guys do to lose weight fast? I walk everywhere I go because I can't drive.
