breast pump nipple sizing??

How do you know what size nipple guard to buy !? 
The sizes seem so large even the small at 24mm.. I can't be measuring right if that's the average size. Mine measures 10. 11 if I'm being generous! Help!

Google Medela flange size and this will populate. Has all the info you need. A lactation consultant can also measure you and help you.

I think most people are the 24 mm size hide is why most pumps come with that size. That being said I'm not sure I'm even using the correct size. My LC said that the 24 "looks right" but didn't measure me. I have 27s too but she said those looked too big. 🤷🏻‍♀️
