Okay so I am pretty sure I have a sebaceous cyst on my waist in between my belly button and vagina. I hadn't noticed it until recently and I just kinda left it alone but the other day I was messing with it and now it's a little irritated. It hasn't ruptured and it's not draining it's just a little red and tender. I've decided to leave it alone but I wanted to know if a heat compress helps it go away? Thank you ladies!
