I don't think I should be ashamed of anything I've done in the past or want to do in the future. My SO knows everything and never judges me. He's told me things he has never told anyone else. We don't have secrets and that's why our relationship works.

I'm an open book. My bf knows everything about me, even how many guys I've been with and that I had sex with someone when I started talking to him. I could never lie to him. And if you're in a relationship, unless it's something that you have issues talking about with anyone and are just not ready, there should be no secrets. Your SO should love you no matter what you've done or how you are. I have quite a few issues due to things that've happened in my past and I was so afraid to let my bf in at first cuz I didn't want to seem like this broken person that was like a burden or downer to him, but he is so supportive and also, he always knows when something is on my mind that I'm not telling him, so it'd be quite impossible to lie to him. Relationships are about trust and communication , so it's kinda scary that so many people voted that they do.😔
