Lymph Node 😔

I had a cold about 2 weeks ago and about a week ago I noticed I have a swollen lymph node on the back of my neck near. I googled the location (posterior cervical lymph node) It's the same size and my cold has been gone. I'm really nervous. I've been on google so of course I've seen nothing but cancer. I don't have health insurance so I haven't been to the doctor. Anyone have an idea? Thank you in advance
