Got the first positive OPK last night and today it's so strong it pulled from the control haha! This is my first month trying Femara we were supposed to do a <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> but my dr is out :( he told us to have lots of sex for the next three days! We've been having it 2 times a day so crossing fingers! Also my bday is May 12 would love a surprise! 

Did anyone get pregnant using Femara without <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> with male factor infertility.  I have PCOS too but have been on medication I read Femara can give you better quality eggs and stronger ovulation
