Getting toddler ready for twins

Hey mamas! I am 17+ weeks pregnant with mono di twin boys and also mama to my 20 month old daughter. She's too young to really understand what's happening and I know there is nothing I can do to fully prepare her (or myself haha) but looking for any advice, tips others have tried where they felt it helped their toddler get ready for twins.

I have read some articles and saw techniques like getting your toddler baby dolls, make them a big sibling basket (big sibling book, new water cup, etc), have a little celebration (aka a ballon) for them being a big sister/brother, etc.

Just wanting to hear some real experiences of what went well and what didn't!
