Nexplanon, Cysts, and possible endometriosis. I'm so confused and nervous!

Hello everyone! I'm new to the Glow community. I've had history of cysts and endometriosis since my early 20s. I had surgery for the endometriosis in 2009 and my DH and I were blessed with our oldest in 2013. I used nexplanon as my birth control after I gave birth until 2015 when we decided to TTC #2. We were blessed with #2 in 2016. I decided to use nexplanon again but have been having a lot of bleeding with it. Last month I found out I have cysts again. Some have burst but I continue to be in pain. Doc is telling me that my endometriosis might be coming back. I've decided to get it removed this month. My husband and I had discussed TTC #3 but now I'm worried about whether it might have caused fertility problems. Has any one else had nexplanon and had cysts or endometriosis? Any recommendations? Problems conceiving?
