6 weeks pregnant and have spotting!

6 weeks pregnant on Thursday! Had light pink/brown spotting and has turned red. None in my underwear only when I wipe. I've had little cramps here and there but hardly notice them. I've done a lot more physically we painted and I mowed our backyard l. I've had a miscarriage about 2 years ago. And had a healthy pregnancy afterwards. I'm just trying to hope for the best. Anyone have any advice?
