Help! Lines getting lighter?

I had a chemical a couple of months ago, it was pretty devastating.  After waiting to try again. Two lines popped up!  I was so excited but now I'm confused.  The top test is from yesterday afternoon.  Something just felt off so I tested.  I figured I'd re-test this morning to see if the line got darker and it appears lighter.  What could this mean?  I feel like the line on the right is lighter too so I don't know that to think. Any  insight, thoughts would be much appreciated!
