Spot of blood at 30 weeks normal?

Almost 30 weeks and noticed a spot of fresh red blood when wiped after the toilet. Very small spot, smaller than a pea. Is this normal? Is it just stuff stretching? I feel a bit sore from rough sex. And had noticed tiny spot of brown blood the other day

Probably from the sex. My doctor told me that some women's cervix is more sensitive than others. They can cough and there will be an irritation that causes bleeding. Still, worth calling your doctor and getting checked out just in case! You can really never be too careful during pregnancy!
