Pregnant?

So I need your opinion ....

My boyfriend and I have been trying the past few months ... and lately I am constantly nauseous on and off .. I'm hot easily ... cranky ... moody ... but I have been spotting the past few weeks ... I figured I would take a pregnancy test which I took a few days ago and it came back negative .. my AF is suppose to be right now but I'm spotting only ... I have to go to the OB tomorrow because I had cysts two months ago and it's a follow up... obviously I am going to talk to my OB but what do you think? Maybe I am pregnant and should wait a little longer to take a test? Maybe it's a failed negative or it's something else ? 

I'm hoping it's my🌈🌈🌈👶🏼🤰🏽 but you never know 😔😔😔
