Soooo...based off of my research, I am pretty sure I have endometriosis 😞 It all started probably about a year ago. I am 35 years old, and prior to a year ago, I barely had a cramp when I had my period. Now, its like when my period is coming, I prepare myself for a week full of excruciating pain. It makes me sick to my stomach and sometimes I even throw up. Sometimes it hurts so bad that I can't even stand up straight. If I have to cough, I almost cry because I know how bad it will hurt with the pressure on my stomach. My pain is not just cramp area pain, my pain is like FULL abdomen. Before my period starts I have a couple days of light/dark brown discharge (old blood), and during my actual period, I bleed like crazy. I have to wear a tampon AND a pad. I have not been to the doctor for this yet, but plan to after this cycle is over. I am like 99% sure this is what I have 😞 What are your thoughts? Anyone else have these symptoms and been diagnosed with
endo? Is there anything that can help me with this until I make it to he doctor? NOTHING helps my pain that I have taken so far 😞 And I just started my period today so it's gonna be a very long week 😞
