Hair color while pregnant

I know that it should be avoided during pregnancy but my hair is making me crazy lol I haven't colored it in years and really could use a change, I'm hoping it will make me not feel so down about myself. This pregnancy is definitely affecting me different than my first. Anyway, any thoughts on hair color when your pregnant?
