Nexplanon & Pregnancy Symptoms

Does anyone else have the nexplanon implant and have had "pregnancy" symptoms? I have had the implant for 6 months after having my beautiful baby girl Lilly. My periods have never been regular even after the implant, now I have seemed to stop all together, which I am aware can happen, but now I have headaches, stomach issues, extremely tired and just not feeling right. Same way I felt while pregnant my first trimester. Wondering what anyone's else's experience has been?
