Can pregnant women?

Can pregnant people use bath bombs I haven't bought any just recieved some as a gift though? Just wondering are they harmful dangerous to us?

I used one months before I got pregnant and ended up with a uti so bad that I was peeing blood. So I wouldn't recommend it.

They're fine to use. I have been using them anyway. I was just advised to make sure the bath water doesn't get too hot.
