Repeat Chemicals

Hey ladies, I had a chemical pregnancy last month and then this month we managed to conceive again, but I've started bleeding. Cramping is nowhere near as bad and bleeding a lot less, with no clots and blood is very watery like?

Anyways, wondering if there is any hope for me this month, if the pain isn't as bad and it's bleeding less, maybe God will let me keep this one?

Any personal experience or even general advice would help tremendously & thank you in advance
