Frustrated with nexplanon ACNE

I dont mind the constant unpredictable spotting...but i do stop at acne since thats visable on my face. I'm 21 years old and I haven't gotten acne since I was 12 or 13. My face has been always clear and people will make random comments about how soft and clear it is. Well I got nexplanon in Feb and I'm pretty sure I'm having an allergic reaction or I'm breaking out. The reason why I say allergic is bc with certain medications i get these small bumps on my face. I get them with the heat too and it's been hot but usually as soon as I go into the AC it clears up. I get them wifh make up products as well...Well they are still on my face and even by my chin I'm having regular breakouts and on my cheek there's a huge one. I'm calling my doctor in a half hour to see what to do. I heard a lot of doctors won't take it out of your arm early. I got mine in Feb but if not I'll go to someone who will.
