cramps after coffee?

Does anyone get really bad cramps after drinking a cup of coffee? I miss my coffee but it scares me. I'm only 8 weeks

I find I get cramps after coffee because I'm dehydrated. Make sure you're drinking enough water to make up for the diuretic effect of the coffee!

I couldn't drink coffee my first trimester always got nauseous from the smell of it. Probably just means baby doesn't like it. I'd try again when your further along? Or maybe try iced coffee with flavor / cream so it's not as strong ?

It's not abnormal it is your intestines.  Coffee causes bowel movement.  When I start to get backed up a good cup of coffee gets things moving along
