ive heard sleeping without a bra makes your boobs grow more and not sag in the process.  let me know what you think/know..

I never sleep with a bra on it ruins the wire in your bra (if you have wired bra).

Sleeping in a bra is *and always has been* extremely uncomfortable for me. I'm not sure if it does anything or not, but I do know that I enjoy going bra-less 😂

I think its really uncomfortable to wear a bra to bed. I stopped wearing bras completely 2 years ago. Only thing that makes my boobs look better is push ups.
