OVERREACTING??😪

i'm 18 and i had a miscarriage around a month ago..i only new i was pregnant for a week i was probably 4 weeks along and at first i was fine but when i went to the doctor she confirmed everything and i just feel bad, i see all the new pregnant women posting stuff and it breaks my heart that it's not me doing that, am i just overreacting? or is this normal?

That's a very common reaction after loss. Everyone reacts to grief in their own way and you are entitled to anything that you may be feeling. Hugs mama ❤️

I'm sorry for your loss. I have also just miscarried this week.

I think what you are feeling is totally normal. I feel that i am looking round at pregnant women and feeling confusing emotions being stirred up, even though I was only 5 weeks pregnant.

When you find out that your pregnant it takes time to sink in and get your head around. When you lose the pregnancy, it also takes time to get your head around.

Keep yourself occupied and healthy, and time should do its thing x
