Any of you ladies used it& did it help? Been hearing mixed reviews on this

I took vitex for a week and found out a week after i was pregnant. I was taking it to regulate my period because I had not gotten it for two months. I also didn't try at all and kind of just stopped thinking about it. My main concern was to regulate my period. And it happened! Good luck!

It helped me regulate my cycle, but I still needed Clomid to help me ovulate.
