Late for AF

Hello! Me again. 😊 I am currently 7 days late for AF with no sign of her anywhere! I'm in a very set schedule too. Never been late or missed a period. All my at home tests have been negative, so I got a hospital urine test today...negative. My hospital on base doesn't do blood tests. And I feel like that is what I need to get if my hcg hormones are too low right now. What should I do?! Any advise is nice!
