vagina cyst?

Guys I'm so sorry but I'm so embarrassed and scared. I have bump close to my vagina entrance, but it's so big like it's also like expanded under to under my buttcheek. It's like a cyst I think or like those pimples that grow under your skin. I get them often in my inner thighs because of the friction and stuff. Last year when I went to get my physical, my physican said to just use soap and water and it's gone but my doctor judges harshly. So I get embarrassed so I don't tell them so I try to deal with it on my own. but i just got this one and lately I've been trying to hard to wear loose clothing to not touch it. I replace my undies throught the day and I can't even sit! I can't even wipe myself when I go to the bathroom 😭😭😭 But even the slightest touch hurts like hell. It feels so severe like it's bruised and it's just aweful. Ive been like this for like 4 days now and it's warm to touch but I don't think it's infected because there's no discharge. But I just feel it getting bigger and bigger. I can't walk at this point. I have to walk with my legs wide apart. I don't know what to do. I've tried cold compressions and hot compressions with a towel and like I don't want to go to the hospital because I'm embarrassed of myself and I don't know what to say. My inner thighs have some bumps too and like scars and like I can't get rid of them and I can't tell my doctor because she judges me and makes me feel bad about myself. But I know I need some sort of help. Do you guys know any home remedies?
