advice if you can please

Hi 👋🏽 during pregnancy I was diagnosed with gallstones had some pretty bad attacks too .. fast forward to now I'm 7weeks post Partum and now having constant belly pains starting upper tummy but now feels all across rather then just right side it's spreading into my lower back and middle of tum my pain killers aren't working and just worrying it's constant then I read about pancreatitis from having hall stones m jus wondering if sound like that? I can't see my doc until next Tuesday n it's worrying me .. o finished pp bleeding 8'days after so I know it's not that Thanks x
