Sense of pregnancy

I have an overwhelming sense that I'm pregnant after having a couple days of odd symptoms. Last night I had a dream that my pregnancy test was positive. I had unprotected sex a couple times and he could have gotten me pregnant. The app says my period will start in 4 days. Can I test now to revive my stress or should I wait the 4 days?
