When did u start putting cereal in baby's bottle

My LO is 2 months and had reflux since she was about 3 weeks. Her pediatrician prescribed some medicine for her reflux and it was working great. But she has no more medicine and I don't want to give her anymore. The vommiting has come back.  I've read about adding a little cereal to baby's bottle to help with with this. I am definitely thinking about trying it. Has this worked for ur baby ? And if so how old was your baby

It's actually a huge choking hazard for baby and isn't recommended. I would go back to her doctor and get her script refilled.

1 - If the medicine works, why are you stopping it instead of refilling the prescription?
2 - Don't give your baby any kind of food other than breast milk/ formula before 6 months without checking with the pediatrician first. Some babies can start early and some can't. Your baby's doctor will know best what route you should go.

Follow what your doctor recommended. Cereals are not good for a baby's digestion especially not a 2 month old baby!!

I started rice cereal in my sons bottle at 4 months because babies with reflux hold down bottles easier that way but I would talk to you doctor and definitely get the medicine refilled it helps a lot. I have to do both for my son.

Rice cereal in a bottle is outdated advice. 
Rice is a terrible first food to give to baby. It causes constipation, has high levels of arsenic and is highly processed.
Not to mention solids aren't recommended until babybis at least 6 months old or you could cause health issues for your baby later in life.
Try a chiropractor. Worked wonders for my dd with her reflux.

1 month per Gi. Put oatmeal in the bottle and used playtex y nipple 3-6 month. It made such a difference. My Gi said we could put 1 tsp per ounce of formula. But just note this may cause some gas but the oatmeal is better than rice bc it usually doesn't cause constipation. Just talk to your doc to make sure but it helped with the reflux sooo much. Also maalox helps for immediate relief
