10 weeks pp pain above pelvis

I just started having some sharp pain right above my pelvis and was wondering if anyone else experienced this or had any suggestions as to why I'm feeling this pain? I went for a 50 minute walk yesterday I didn't know if that may have something to do with it or not, I've also just finished my first period since birth and had sex twice the week before my period started. So I'm thinking could be just pp pain, pain because the walk I had, pain from my period or maybe pregnancy? Just wanted to get some other people's opinions! Thanks 😊
