Ph strips

Does this mean my water broke or is leaking??? I used ph strips to see?? I was cleaning and had a gush of warm that went into my shorts. I had to pee shortly afterwards and now I just keep peeing I with this sharp pain on my back. Help please I don't want to go to l&d if it'd just pee???
