postpartum tears/stitches issue...
So I had a few tears from birthing my chunky 9lber and I'm 3 weeks PP...everything seems to be healing fine but my downstairs has become super uncomfortable the past week or so. Sometimes when I'm sitting and go to get up it almost feels like the tears where the stitches are kinda rip open again. Does anyone else have this issue?
I'm still bleeding but idk if it starts bleeding from the tears afterwards or if it's lochia. Sigh. I might be imagining it but that's what it feels like!
