How do you manage anger during pregnancy

I was driving on the highway in Chicago today and saw a reckless Tesla driver weaving in and out of traffic without using their turn signal once. I don't understand how someone could afford such a smart car and be such an idiot. Traffic was pretty bumper to bumper even though people were driving 50ish mph and this DICK almost hits me swerving into MY lane that we BOTH had to slam on our breaks. He almost rammed into my passenger door. It didn't even stop him from driving like a twat. In the span of 20 mins he almost swerved into me and 2 other cars several times. I'm shaking with rage.

Someone please give me advice on how to calm down!!!
