I am so nervous about my low milk supply. I have a 6 week old baby girl that is breastfed. This is my 1st child. I'm getting ready to go back to work next month (06/12/17) and I have no milk in reserve. I really don't want to give her formula but I'm about to give in. I've tried frequently pumping after feeding her (sometimes nothing comes out), mother's milk, lactation cookies, & feugreek pills. I really wanted to have a good supply before going back to work but it seems impossible. Do any of you have any tips? Is this normal?
