Would you consider this jealousy?

OKAY so I am in love with this one guy, so in love. Last night I was talking to him and a boy asked me if I wanted to see his abs. I took a screenshot of what the boy said and sent it to him telling him how funny it was. He sent a picture if his and said "compare." Could that be jealously? We've known each other for ten years and I could be looking into it too much. We want to hang out and I've caught him staring at me during lunch. I really love him and I want to know if I should continue wanting to be with him or move on even though I don't want to. I want to be with him but if there's no chance I want to find someone else. Almost a month ago I used a pick us line on him, he was out of a relationship a few weeks before and he said he wanted to be single. I know it seems stupid but he's also done a few things that's made me suspect that he likes me. He likes to get a little touchy touchy, he did a few pull ups in front of me (showing off) and he once called me beautiful. I just want to know if you guys would consider it jealousy.
