guy morning sickness??

Ladies is it possible that the guy has morning sickness before the girl when you're pregnant? This is the second time my SO tells me that he hasn't been feeling so good and this morning he almost threw up and last time he was feeling dizzy and he keeps telling me are you sure you're not pregnant but i don't feel like i am but i don't  get my period for another week
