19 weeks with carpel tunnel!!! HELP PLEASE

Hi lovely people... this is my second baby, first was nearly 8 years ago now and with the first I remember experiencing carpel tunnel a lot later on in pregnancy but I am only 19 weeks and last night I had the WORST sleep of my life due to pain in my elbow and numbness in my fingers 😞. Can anyone offer any sure remedies to help? I don't know how I am going to handle the rest of my pregnancy if I can't get any sleep due to the pain.... I feel sorry for anyone who comes in contact with me hahaha.
