What do Braxton Hicks contractions feel like?

I'm 22wks and I have an ongoing "cramp" that's bringing me to tears. It catches me off guard and when it happens I have to sit up or I have to bend over or sit down if I'm standing. I also had a little bit of bleeding as well.

Braxton Hicks don't hurt. It just feels like your whole abdomen goes tight and stiff for a little while. It doesn't linger. Yours sounds more like a pinched nerve or maybe something more serious. Might want to get it checked out, especially if you're having bleeding of any kind.
