a lil confused!!!

So the night before I noticed after using the bathroom that there was blood only after I wiped so I used a liner ..well today I was still spotting but not even enough for a liner... but I had to work tonight so I figured just bring 2 liners to work, but when I went to the bathroom at work the liner was full so I put a pad on... now there is nothing but light spots.... has this happened to anyone before??? What does it mean???
