Allergic reaction to pure romance's triplex tingle enhancement cream?

I recently bought the boost enhancement cream with triplex tingle from pure romance. I've used it a few times now and love it but I'm developing a rash and I believe that's what it's from 😞. Has this happened to anyone else?? Also, any tips on how to get the rash to go away?
