I'm having my first period and it has been hell. So painful and exhausting. It's kind of worrying me too. I just bled through a super Tampon in about 50 minutes. I was just laying in bed and trying to deal with the pain. So I wasn't being active. My period have never been this heavy. What do you all think is this normal?
