periods.

So last cycle I started my period early like 2 days early , and me and my boyfriend were obviously worried , cause it wasn't a regular period , it was only coming out when I went to the bathroom or had a tampon on (tmi I know I'm sorry), I took a pregnancy test to make sure because I knew it wasn't normal and it came out negative. So this month it's supposed to be coming but it's been late a day and no signs of it other than acne and mood swings. So now I'm kinda wondering.. (I'm not on birth control anymore )  help????
